Bar Netanyahu From Entering the US and Honor the ICC Arrest Warrant

To: Sen. Cruz, Sen. Cornyn, Rep. Casar

From: A constituent in Manor, TX

July 31

The United States must refuse entry to Benjamin Netanyahu and enforce the International Criminal Court arrest warrant against him. Allowing him to travel freely to New York while an ICC warrant for war crimes hangs over him sends a clear message: that American leaders will shield the powerful from accountability, no matter the body count. The evidence of what his government has done in Gaza is not in dispute. Thousands of children are dead. The ICC issued its warrant for a reason. Mayor Mamdani is right to call for his arrest, and the federal government should be backing that position, not undermining it by rolling out the welcome mat. Welcoming Netanyahu to this country while he faces credible charges of atrocities is a moral failure and a betrayal of every human rights commitment the US claims to hold. I want you to take a public stand against this visit, call on the administration to deny entry, and support enforcement of the ICC warrant. Words are not enough — this requires action.
