I am your constituent and an American that believes in justice for all. I am writing with urgency, anger, and a demand for moral clarity on where you stand on the Epstein Files.
There have been public claims and widely circulated reports suggesting that AG Pam Bondi warned that prosecuting everyone implicated in the Epstein files would cause “the whole system” to collapse. If such a statement was made, it represents a staggering indictment of our institutions — not a justification for inaction.
Let us be absolutely clear:
If pursuing justice against those who exploited, trafficked, or abused children would shake powerful structures, then those structures deserve to be shaken. Pedophiles must be prosecuted at all costs.
The purpose of our legal system is not to protect reputations, wealth, status, or political convenience. It exists to protect the vulnerable and to hold the guilty accountable. Anything less is corruption dressed up as governance.
Child abuse is not a partisan issue.
Sex trafficking is not a political strategy.
Justice is not optional.
It does not matter whether those implicated are:
• Rich
• Famous
• Politically connected
• Celebrities
• Business leaders
• Royalty
No title, bank account, or social standing places anyone above the law.
For years, the American public has watched powerful individuals evade consequences while survivors are forced to live with lifelong trauma. Every delay, every redaction, every excuse deepens public distrust and signals that power still outweighs justice.
If crimes were committed, prosecute.
If evidence exists, act.
If names are documented, investigate.
Without fear. Without favoritism. Without hesitation.
A justice system that collapses when confronting the powerful is not a justice system — it is a shield for predators.
Survivors deserve truth.
Victims deserve accountability.
The public deserves integrity.
Anything less is a betrayal of the very idea of the rule of law.
Prosecute everyone found guilty. No exceptions.
