I'm writing to urge Rep. Rose to support H.J.Res. 153 and Sen. Blackburn and Sen. Hagerty to support S.J.Res. 124, the war powers resolutions to prohibit military escalation on Cuba. Congress must assert its constitutional authority before the administration takes further military action against the island. Thank you for your time and consideration.
