It is concerning to see that Tulsi Gabbard appears unqualified for the role of Director of National Intelligence based on recent reports. As someone who has repeatedly echoed Russian propaganda, defended the Assad regime in Syria, and demonstrated a lack of understanding about key aspects of the DNI position during meetings with senators, she does not inspire confidence. Her nomination raises legitimate worries about her ability to properly lead U.S. intelligence agencies and handle sensitive national security matters. For the sake of protecting our nation's security interests, I urge you to scrutinize Gabbard's nomination very carefully and consider rejecting her confirmation if she cannot clearly demonstrate her capabilities for this critical role. We need a DNI with the appropriate expertise and judgement.
