If you put 100 black ants and 100 red ants in a jar, nothing happens. But if you shake the jar hard, the ants turn on each other. They kill one another. Not because they’re enemies, but because someone shook the jar. That’s what’s happening in America. Donald Trump and his Republican allies are shaking the jar every day, turning neighbor against neighbor, feeding people lies, hate, and fear so they don’t notice who’s really pulling the strings. The people in power want us distracted. They want us fighting over books, flags, pronouns, and bathrooms while they gut our public services, strip away freedoms, and help the rich get richer. We demand it stops. We demand an end to the rhetoric and division that’s destroying this country from the inside out. Stop shaking the jar. Start doing your job.
