You need to hold Bondi accountable before she leaves office. Resignation is not a shield from consequences.
Public officials don't get to walk away from misconduct without answering for it. Whatever actions she took that violated the public trust happened while she held power, and she owes the people an explanation and appropriate consequences. Allowing her to simply resign sets a dangerous precedent that officials can escape accountability by timing their exit.
I expect you to use every tool available to ensure there is a full investigation and public accounting of her actions. That means subpoenas if necessary, public hearings, and referrals for any criminal conduct. The people deserve to know what happened and to see that no one is above the law, regardless of when they choose to leave their position.
