Congress must assert its power to declare war and stop the war on Venezuela

The President has announced a blockade of Venezuela. That is an act of war. Congress needs to assert its Constitutional power to declare war and put a stop to this. We do not need to invade another country to make a few rich Trump cronies even richer. Venezuela does not pose a threat to us. If Congress makes it clear an invasion is illegal, it will also make it easier for our service members to disobey illegal orders. The madness must be stopped.
