I urge voting against the "Big, Beautiful Bill." While proponents claim it will benefit working families, evidence shows the opposite is true. The bill drastically cuts funding for vital programs like Medicaid and food stamps, leaving America's most vulnerable worse off. Furthermore, the majority of the bill's benefits overwhelmingly favor the wealthiest 1% through massive tax cuts, further exacerbating income inequality. This bill represents a cruel redistribution of wealth upwards, financed by draconian cuts that will harm low-income households. While presented as a bill for the working class, it is truly a gift to the ultra-rich and corporations at the expense of ordinary Americans struggling to make ends meet. Such misguided priorities that pit the privileged against the disadvantaged cannot be supported. I implore you to reject this legislation and instead pursue policies that uplift all Americans equitably.
