You need to act on Trump Media & Technology Group's "Truth API," a product that sells advance access to Trump's social media posts for $100,000 a month. That's not a subscription service. That's a pay-to-win scheme for market manipulation, and it needs to be investigated and shut down. Trump's posts move financial markets. Everyone knows this. That's how he's making so much money in office. Selling early access to those posts before they hit the public feed gives wealthy subscribers a trading edge that is textbook insider information. This is the Bloomberg terminal model applied to a sitting political figure's speech, and it is corrupt by design. The SEC, FTC, and Congress all have tools to address this. Use them. I want to see hearings, a referral to financial regulators, and legislation closing whatever loophole allows this to exist. If this were any other person selling advance access to market-moving information, enforcement would already be underway. The fact that it involves Trump Media does not make it less illegal, it makes accountability more urgent.
