Kennedy Jr. following alarming revelations in his latest government ethics financial disclosures. Secretary Kennedy’s filings expose severe, ongoing ethics concerns that undermine public trust in our federal health leadership: Lucrative Private Book Advances: Kennedy accepted over $4 million in book advances—including two $2 million payments from Skyhorse Publishing—raising glaring questions about private enrichment while serving in public office. Gifts and Luxury Travel: He accepted over $250,000 in gifts from a major political donor, including private luxury flights to Fiji and Greece and free use of a Washington, D.C. vacation home. Ethics Agreement Violations: Despite commitments to sever financial conflicts, Kennedy actively promoted his commercial books on social media and accepted additional private flight perks from fellow cabinet officials. Public health leadership demands uncompromised integrity, transparency, and undivided dedication to the public good. Accepting massive financial windfalls and lavish gifts while heading HHS creates insurmountable conflicts of interest. Congress must uphold ethics standards. Please initiate swift oversight proceedings and call for Secretary Kennedy's immediate resignation or removal.
