One source for Wired compares it to IRS agents investigating espionage at NASA. Despite flushing tens of billions of dollars down the toilet for ICE with the Big Ugly Bill, ICE still has to disrupt other law enforcement agencies. The Trump administration's incompetence is only surpassed by its cruelty and you let it happen.
