**Support S. 4299 - Ban Presidential Plunder of Taxpayer Funds Act** Please support S. 4299, the "Ban Presidential Plunder of Taxpayer Funds Act," which would prohibit Presidents and Vice Presidents from receiving damage payments from the United States. This bill is currently in the Senate Judiciary Committee and needs your backing to move forward. No President or Vice President should be able to collect taxpayer money as damages while serving in or after leaving the highest offices in our country. These positions come with enormous power, lifetime benefits, and post-office earning potential that far exceeds what ordinary Americans will ever see. Allowing them to also claim damages from the Treasury crosses a line. The American people are tired of watching their tax dollars get redirected to those who already have access to wealth and influence that most of us can only imagine. S. 4299 draws a clear boundary. Please co-sponsor this bill and work to move it out of committee.
