With the President having created an illegitimate shadow government without the approval of Congress, and usurping the budgetary powers of the Congress, what are you doing to assert congressional authority over government spending? What are you doing to ensure that Congress keeps its power to approve or deny cabinet-level appointments or indeed the creation of cabinet-level offices? Will history remember you as someone with the courage to stand against a would-be dictator’s efforts to undermine the Constitution? Or will you be remembered as someone who aided in the destruction of the United States as a free country—or worse, someone who cravenly looked the other way when it was your sworn duty to preserve, protect, and defend the constitution of the United States?
