I am usually a very respectful person. I believe strongly in my opinions and beliefs. But I'm out of patience. Another American has been murdered by our own government in Minneapolis. I've read all of the posts from Congress about getting ICE out of Minneapolis. That funding for ICE needs to be stopped. Those are all lovely expressions, but they don't change anything. You are the only ones with the power to do any of that work. We can't. We can't do anything until Nov. 2026. Except peacefully protest. But that's getting to be dangerous. The violence that is being committed in the name of immigration is out of control. They're not arresting the worst of the worst, most are regular people just trying to provide for their families. If you don't start using your power, you are as responsible as the ICE agents for these deaths. You are allowing the military invasion of our own country. You need to submit legislation that allows governors to have the final say about deploying the military in our states. You have to change the funding for ICE and have investigations into their conduct. That's your job. That's why you were elected. If you think what they are doing in blue cities is good, then you don't deserve your job. There hasn't been this much violence in our streets in a long time. You are allowing chaos in our cities to continue. You should be ashamed. The lies that this administration are telling are infuriating. INVESTIGATE. DEFUND. PROTECT US.
