I have become aware that CMS is changing rules around Modifier 25. I oppose this change which will cause needless duplicate office visits, inconvenience patients who have to take time off from work twice, and significantly affect the efficiency of outpatient office visits where procedures are needed. Our healthcare system is inefficient enough. We don’t need to cause more problems with accessibility. Please oppose changes to the Modifier 25 code in CMS rules.
