I'm concerned about so many things right now but one that is probably not getting enough attention is conflict of interest of judges who Trump is privately rewarding for taking his side. You've seen that judges have been a bulwark against his abuse of power whereas Congress has not. However Judge Artau apparently was in talks for a nomination to a higher seat with the White House when he ruled excessively strongly in Trump's favor in a case against journalists trying to hold Trump accountable for allowing Russian involvement in 2016 election. The judge encouraged rolling back First Amendment rights for the press. This is appalling and should be shocking and loudly condemned and prevented. It's unbelievable that the administration can be allowed to bias judges in this way and that judges are not held to a higher standard against having conflicts of interest in dealing with the administration. We can't afford to lose Judiciary independence.
