The MAGAt-infested GOP is trying to blame democrats for the current government shutdown, but anyone who is paying attention knows that they’re merely making excuses for their own incompetence. This is a Republican shutdown. Under no circumstances should the Republicans be trusted—they’ve broken their word too often. Don’t let them reopen the government unless they also fund SNAP and the ACA subsidies that so many Americans depend on. Make them put it in writing, in the spending bill. Stay strong. The vast majority of Michiganders are behind you.
