Impeach OMB Director Russell Vought I am writing to demand immediate impeachment proceedings against Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought for his persistent, egregious violations of Constitutional principles. Director Vought has repeatedly subverted the separation of powers by illegally withholding hundreds of millions of dollars in congressionally approved funds, directly attacking Congress’s Constitutional power of the purse. Furthermore, his deliberate efforts to dismantle vital federal agencies—including USAID and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau—demonstrate a severe disregard for statutory law and public welfare. By explicitly advocating for a "post-constitutional" order and seeking unchecked executive authority, Vought has demonstrated that he is unfit to hold public trust. Congress must not tolerate executive officials who openly dismantle checks and balances to advance an authoritarian agenda. Introduce and support articles of impeachment against Russell Vought without delay.
