I urge you to protect the Boundary Waters and vote no on Joint Resolution 140. Using the Congressional Review Act to strip protections for the Boundary Waters watershed creates a dangerous precedent for public lands across the country. The Boundary Waters is an economic engine for Minnesota. The $1.1 billion tourism economy in northeastern Minnesota includes 17K jobs and powers local business. Please have the leadership to protect America’s public lands and our shared natural legacy for future generations.
