RFK Jr. should never have access to Americans personal health information from the system that allows hospitals exchange information. He is not a medical professional who is part of anyone’s medical team. HIPAA should protect us from this violation of our personal medical information but it seems RFK Jr. may have a way to access this info. YOU MIUST STOP THIS! It is our private information. In addition, RFK Jr. wants this information to do “research” on the causes of autism. This man has no credible research experience and is not able to conduct non biased research into autism. In addition, because of the Belmont Report, any research study needs to go through an IRB to protect human subjects. Please STOP HIM!!!
