Congress must permanently ban the CDC and Health and Human Services Department from conducting illegal experiments on babies in West Africa. Against all international law, half of the infants in the previously blocked study will be given placebos instead of the life-saving Hepatitis B vaccine — dooming many to a life of chronic illness in a country without a significant healthcare system. In Guinea-Bissau, where 15% of adults are already infected with Hepatitis B, this constitutes a gross violation of human rights by the WHO standards. The ghouls in this administration must be stopped.
