What else are they lying about? This was a civilian killed by an ICE agent, documented by multiple videos and witnesses. That fact alone demands immediate, independent accountability. Kristi Noem, JD Vance, and any other officials who participated in false or misleading public statements after the killing must be formally investigated. If a public narrative was constructed to excuse or obscure the killing of a civilian, that raises serious questions of obstruction, abuse of office, and defamation of the murdered individual — to be determined by investigators and prosecutors, not political allies. This is not about resignation. It’s about custody pending investigation, preservation of evidence, and equal application of the law. And it must be said clearly: Investigation and prosecution cannot depend on who occupies the White House. That’s not justice. That’s power. Full investigation. Full prosecution where warranted. Under the law. That’s how a constitutional republic is supposed to function.
