Remove & Criminally Charge Kristi Noem, Corey Lewandowski, and Kara Voorhies I am writing regarding the recent investigative reports about FEMA investigations by DHS internal watchdog which details systemic corruption and the subversion of federal procurement processes within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The evidence brought to light by the DHS Inspector General and various congressional committees paints a disturbing picture of "pay-to-play" schemes, perjury, and the unauthorized delegation of federal authority to private interests. I am demanding that Congress take immediate action to ensure the complete and permanent removal of Kristi Noem, Corey Lewandowski, and Kara Voorhies from any position of public trust and that the Department of Justice pursue all appropriate criminal charges. The allegations against these individuals represent a flagrant breach of the public trust: Kristi Noem: Despite being removed as DHS Secretary, Noem was recently appointed as a "special envoy" for the "Shield of the Americas" initiative. This is unacceptable. Noem is currently under scrutiny for allegedly misleading Congress under oath regarding Corey Lewandowski’s role in contract approvals. Furthermore, her implementation of a policy requiring personal sign-off on all contracts over $100,000 created a $17 billion bottleneck that delayed life-saving disaster relief to states in need. Corey Lewandowski: Operating as a "Special Government Employee," Lewandowski reportedly wielded outsized power over DHS operations without the transparency or financial disclosures required of public officials. Reports from the House Oversight Committee indicate a potential "pay-to-play" scheme where Lewandowski allegedly solicited kickbacks from private contractors, such as the GEO Group, in exchange for DHS contracts. Kara Voorhies: Acting as a shadow administrator at FEMA, Voorhies—a private contractor—was installed by Lewandowski to circumvent traditional oversight. She exercised unauthorized control over federal spending and hindered the work of the Inspector General. The systematic obstruction of the DHS watchdog, as reported by Inspector General Joseph Cuffari, suggests a coordinated effort to hide these activities from the American people. We cannot allow our emergency management infrastructure to be treated as a private clearinghouse for political allies and contractors. I urge you to: Demand the immediate termination of Kristi Noem from her current role as special envoy and bar her from future federal appointments. Revoke Corey Lewandowski’s status as a Special Government Employee and ensure he is permanently barred from advising federal agencies. Formally refer these matters to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution regarding potential perjury (18 U.S.C. § 1621), false statements to Congress (18 U.S.C. § 1001), and bribery or illegal gratuities. The integrity of our government and the safety of citizens relying on FEMA depends on holding these individuals accountable for their corruption.
