Im inquiring as to why the tarp hasn't been removed from the Kennedy Center. Trump has run Washington DC amuck from the East Wing to Arlington to the Ke nnedy Center. Americans are exhausted by trumps recklessness. Ignoring the courts order to remove his name should have consequences. The tarp must go.
