I am writing as your constituent to demand an immediate, complete statutory prohibition on the collection of biological and biometric data without explicit, informed consent—whether by government entities, private corporations, or third-party contractors.
Technologies utilizing stealth micro-sensors, airborne biological tracking, and invasive biometric harvesting infringe directly upon our fundamental rights to privacy, bodily autonomy, and freedom from unreasonable searches. Secret, deceptive, or forced collection of personal bio-metrics—even under the guise of security, authentication, or corporate research—violates the spirit of the Fourth Amendment and state constitutional privacy protections. No entity should be permitted to bypass human consent through loopholes, terms-of-service tricks, or hidden technology.
I urge you to introduce and enact strict legislation that:
1 Ceases and Desists All Covert Biometric Tracking: Enact a strict ban on any private or governmental deployment of microscopic sensors, smart dust, or remote biological monitoring used to capture human data without express, affirmative opt-in consent.
2 Imposes Strict Penalties on Commercial Exploitation: Create robust civil and criminal liabilities for private companies and financial institutions that harvest, buy, sell, or utilize unconsented biometric identifiers.
3 Enforces Total Statutory Accountability: Ban government agencies from acquiring, licensing, or utilizing unconsented biometric and location data harvested by private corporations or third-party data brokers.
Technology must never be allowed to strip away our basic constitutional and civil rights. I ask that you take immediate action to ban these practices outright.
