The proposed Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy would require mandatory patient registries, healthcare provider certification, and limited distribution networks for estrogen. A separate post-market registry would cross-reference medical claims data to individually identify and monitor every trans woman using estrogen. This goes far beyond restrictions on testosterone for trans men and would make estrogen more controlled than actual controlled substances. No national registries. History shows what happens when governments compile lists of minority populations. The petition also demands ending informed consent in favor of the Finnish model, requiring over a year of invasive psychotherapy and questioning about sexual practices before any prescription. These changes would create infrastructure for persecution while maintaining the fiction of healthcare access.
