First, I want the Senator to vote YES on the Federal Disaster Tax Relief Act of 2025. Natural disaster victims have experienced enormous loss. They need tax relief now. Please urge leadership to bring this to a vote. Second, I know senators are negotiating an ethics addendum to secure Trump's support on the Clarity Act but, because of the way it’s written, it could let him defer capital gains taxes on crypto assets for years. This would hand him another benefit ordinary taxpayers will never see. Fix this, please! And until it’s fixed oppose the Clarity Act completely. Also I urge you to vote NO on CORCA. This bill would give DHS and ICE sweeping new power to track our movements, monitor our associations, and collect our personal data - putting all of our privacy at risk. Please vote NO on CORCA. Finally, I’m angry that Trump directed the Pentagon to scale back planned joint military exercises with South Korea. He is instead talking about his “very good relationship” with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. This is unhinged and dangerous. Trump’s foreign policy is destabilizing the world order, endangering Americans, and alienating us from our allies. Congress needs to push back. Thanks
