Demand a full investigation into Jim Jordan's financial ties to Geo Group, the private prison company that bankrolled a PAC connected to him just 11 days after Congress tripled ICE's budget to $170 billion. According to a Pogo Investigates report, the American Liberty Foundation — a PAC linked to Jordan — received $250,000 from Geo Group, a federal contractor legally barred from making such contributions. Campaign Legal Center has already filed an FEC complaint alleging Geo Group broke federal campaign finance law.
The timing is not a coincidence. ICE is Geo Group's largest revenue source, and the company's net income exploded from $31.9 million in 2024 to $254.3 million in 2025 — a nearly eightfold increase — as Jordan's committee advanced the very policies driving that windfall. Jordan chairs the House Judiciary Committee, which has direct oversight over immigration enforcement. That's not just a conflict of interest; it's a textbook pay-to-play arrangement that demands scrutiny.
What we are doing to immigrants in this country is unconscionable; that a senator is helping corporations make money on others' misery is despicable and I'd like you to publicly say as much.
