I am writing to demand that you as our Representative stop stalling and do their constitutional duty. Congress has the authority right now to act. Rule IX allows privileged resolutions to go directly to the floor. Article II, Section 4 exists for moments when an administration is operating outside the law. I am demanding that you invoke Rule IX, force a vote, and put every member on ord. No more political theater. more hiding behind "process." This is not about polls or midterms. It's about the Constitution. Please log my letter as a demand for immediate action. WE THE PEOPLE are watching and waiting for you to do what must be done.
