This is a clear attempt to weaponize the Department of Defense to infringe upon a Senator’s First Amendment rights and silence dissent. Such retaliatory behavior is an abuse of power and constitutes direct harassment of a sitting member of Congress. I urge you to take immediate action to halt these investigations and protect the protected speech of our representatives.
