Due process is a constitutional right for all persons in the US, not just citizens and not just the documented. If you listen to the donor class or consultants and buy into "due process is a loser issue", not only are you failing your constituents, but you would literally be violating the oath you swore to uphold the Constitution. You would be primaried by people who are actually willing to uphold their oath and you would lose. Stand up for due process or resign.
