After all of the tax cuts for the ultra wealthy and the gifts and deals for mega corporations, I think it’s about time that this corrupted administration actually did something for ordinary citizens. To that end, I suggest that all student debt be forgiven at once. Now is the perfect time to do it. Income inequality is skyrocketing, the affordability crisis is crushing people, gas prices do not seem to be going down, wages are not growing at the speed they need to, unregulated AI is cutting jobs, and healthcare is totally unaffordable. Why not actually try doing something that could give the people a break and maybe even stimulate the economy? Forgive all student debt now!
