Oppose the bills in the House Science and Technology's 'kids safety kit'!

I'm still writing in opposition to KOSA and STOP CSAM, along with the Interstate Obscenity Definition Act and SCREEN Act. These acts only serve to penalize families, sex workers, writers, actors, authors, activists, journalists, scientists, the press and others in society that are ostracized due to the nature of their work or who are disfavored by political interests. None of these bills save or protect the vulnerable, a fact which antiporn groups are aware of. Ron DeHaas, one of the founders of the anti-porn software Covenant Eyes, resigned from NCOSE after his son was arrested for attempting to meet with a minor for sex. Rather than focusing and reflecting on the implications of this, NCOSE gave a milquetoast response and prayed for the family of the arrested. The truth is that pornography and media aren't responsible for his behavior. He chose to do this in spite of the software being installed on his system. Expect more of this if these bills become law. Please oppose these bills!
