It is unfathomable that you think it’s ok to have us live through the nightmare of NO DUE PROCESS. Due process is a cornerstone to our civil rights. You must restrict ICE and require a humane and orderly system that respects the human rights and civil rights of all of us, including refugees and asylum seekers patiently waiting for hearings and here perfectly legally and responsibly. Terrorizing communities of color is racism, and should violate all of our moral code and discrimination is illegal and should not be permitted by a paramilitary in the streets of Maine. You must refuse more funding for ICE and create safety for all Mainers with limits on this abuse of power.
