I'm writing in support of  H.R.1936 - To prohibit funds for the Armed Forces to engage in operations to invade or seize territory from Canada, the Republic of Panama, or the self-governing territory of Greenland. Congress has the power to declare war - not the President.  This push to invade our closest ally and neighbor, Canada, must be stopped. Congress must rise as one body and assert its power as a coequal branch of government, and prevent such a travesty.
