Block the Department of Justice from settling Trump's $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS. This deal is a textbook conflict of interest: Trump is suing an agency he controls, represented by a department he controls, with a judge already questioning whether there's even a real legal dispute here. The DOJ is reportedly rushing to settle before a May 20 constitutional deadline — and that should alarm every American. Rep.
