Stop this senseless Iranian “war” that has led to 18 US deaths. Call hearings!

The deaths of two U.S. service members in an Iranian attack in Jordan on Friday and two more today brings to 18 the total number of American military personnel killed since the United States and Israel launched attacks on Iran on Feb. 28. A U.S. official said two recent deaths were believed to have been caused by Iranian ballistic missiles launched in a barrage at a military base in Jordan. Several Iranian missiles were shot down, said the official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly about the attack. But at least one penetrated U.S. and Jordanian air defenses. Six Army soldiers were killed during a March 1 attack on the port of Shuaiba in Kuwait. Another service member died of injuries he suffered during a March 1 attack on Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia, and six Air Force personnel died when a KC-135 aerial refueling jet crashed in western Iraq on March 12. Another U.S. death from the war was a Navy helicopter pilot who was declared missing after an emergency landing in the Arabian Sea on July 1, which the Navy’s Fifth Fleet said was not believed to have been caused by enemy action. Days later, the Navy called off its search for the missing aviator. Tonight, the Pentagon announced a service member was killed in northern Iraq while troops disposed of an Iranian drone. It also said “unidentified remains” were found in Jordan, where an earlier attack had left two soldiers dead and another missing. These deaths were directly caused by the inept and corrupt National security policies of President Trump as carried out by the incompetent bafoon who is play acting as Secretary of Defense (“Secretary of War” in his homoerotic cosplay fantasies), Pete Hegseth. Enough is enough. You have let these historically unqualified people wage war at the expense of American tax dollars, Iranian citizens, and US soldiers for no substantive reason other that vague claims of nuclear weapons that our own Intelligence services freely admit never existed, nor were close to being built. It has been a sham and a waste of American treasure and prestige all to deflect public outcry for the release of the un-redacted Epstein files. Your silence on this criminal stupidity is nothing less than collusion in the coverup of war crimes and criminal acts. The American people deserve a detailed, bi-partisan hearing on the true facts of this war that no one in Congress has authorized, yet doesn’t have the integrity to challenge, and demand answers about. What is the evidence that provoked these attacks? What is the end state our actions are focused on? Is this going to take ground forces to occupy a swath of desert 6,100 miles away that we have no need or interest in, other than to ransack for Trump’s personal gain? Air attacks alone, save the use of nuclear weapons, cannot win a conflict; never has, never will. Are you okay with the first strike use of nuclear weapons? How about 500,000 ground troops? For a political coverup? Is that your legacy?? Call for hearings. Make Hegseth and Trump justify and explain their actions. Stop the needless waste of precious American assets and personnel. It’s called oversight, and it’s your job.
