I urge you to oppose all funding for ICE unless clear, enforceable, systemic reforms are written into law, including: - ICE agents are required to wear ID and take off their masks - The agency adopts and follows standards of professional policing - Agents who kill, hurt, or unlawfully detain people are investigated and punished. ICE can not and should be allowed to operate without oversight and above the laws of the land.
