Resign immediately, you don’t represent the people of the United States, of Michigan, of Lansing. Your oath of office is a joke to you. The Authoritarian, Oligarch, Fascistic government we find ourselves in wasn’t born yesterday, it was born decades ago with special interests. The same special interests that controls you and the weakness of the Democratic Party. You are owned, just in a slightly different way than republicans. In this fight against dictatorship, you are useless. In the fight for democracy, the special interests you are supporting that own you will never allow you to do what is necessary for our future. All you are is a place holder that doesn’t care if the Republicans destroy everything that makes America great because at the end of the day you’ll always get your money, you’ll always be in the 1% and that’s all you care about it. Nothing will make you tour the country to galvanize a movement to defeat this fascism. Nothing will make you join Bernie and AOC other than if it’s politically advantageous to do so. That’s called being a coward, a lackey, a bought and paid for puppet with no morals, no sense of patriotism, no spine. You are weak and you will never lift a finger to actually move the needle an inch. Resign immediately and dissolve yourself from politics. The Democratic Party needs to go, or those that currently control its weakness.
