I demand that that you take action by: 1. Publicly refusing to support any DHS funding bill or continuing resolution that does not include a meaningful reduction in ICE's enforcement and 2. Using procedural tools, including refusing unanimous consent, forced debate, committee obstruction, and conditional votes, to delay and contest ICE 3. Committing to a legislative roadmap to dismantle ICE, including the repeal of the post-1996 criminalization framework that transformed civil immigration detention budget, and enforceable restrictions on raids, detention expansion, and surveillance. 4. Co-sponsoring and actively promoting the Markey-Pressley legislation limiting ICE immunity and Rep. Jimmy Gomez's bill redirecting $175 billion from ICE funding rather than passing it quietly with bipartisan cover. violations into punitive enforcement pipelines. 5. Securing public retractions or denunciations from the seventy-five representatives who voted to thank ICE, and issuing a clear leadership-level enforcement to affordable housing. 6. 6.
