Keep Holding the LINE in the Shutdown Fight

To: Sen. Peters, Sen. Slotkin

From: A constituent in Traverse City, MI

September 30, 2025

Thank you for holding the line in the shutdown fight so far, and I expect you to KEEP fighting hard until we get a deal that protects us from Trump’s healthcare cuts and lawlessness. We can’t have a repeat of the last government funding fight – when Leader Schumer and some Senate Dems rolled over and let Trump keep weaponizing our taxpayer dollars! . I’m counting on you to hold strong. Thank you!
