I am appalled that Kilmar Abrego Garcia has not been returned and I am horrified by the contempt for Scotus and Habeas Corpus shown by Trump, Stephen Miller, and the DOJ lawyers. As you will have seen, the Supreme Court is not accepting the specious and unconstitutional arguments put forward by the DOJ lawyers. I ask Congress to now align itself with the Constitution (as it should have done since January 21st). Take back Congress's power of appropriations and over tariffs. Speak out to condemn illegal and unconstitutional acts, statements, and schemes. Stop offering compliance to the overturning of the rule of law and the constitution. Take a lesson from Mitch McConnell when he engaged in obstruction. No more unanimous consent. No more dangerous and unqualified nominees of shady character bent on destroying their agencies. Start to do rigorous oversight: use subpoenas and make criminal and judicial referrals. Bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia back.
