If the mid-terms return an ethical and moral majority to the house and senate, it is imperative that we set the ground work to join the international criminal court. This is an explosive topic, but it is time to be held to a higher standard. Furthermore, citizens united must be struck down by a rule of law. Lotteries, drawings, or payments for signing up for any political party should also be abolished. Campaign finance reform must be implemented via a rule of law.
