ICE's enforcement tactics and deportation practices violate fundamental constitutional rights, undermining due process and equal protection. Rushing people through a rubber-stamp system ignores individual circumstances and tears families apart. ICE should reform its practices to uphold civil liberties, end racial profiling, and provide fair hearings and consideration of cases. Unchecked enforcement imposes heavy social costs by eroding community trust in law enforcement. Transparent and accountable immigration policies will better serve justice and human rights for all in this nation.
