Israel continues to forcibly displace and ethnically cleanse Gaza through the flattening of Gaza City, driving over one million Palestinians from their homes once again, and demolishing buildings and homes to ensure no return is possible. By September 2025, at least 82% of Gaza had been declared an Israeli “militarised zone” or placed under displacement orders. Gaza City in its entirety is now within these zones. The hundreds of thousands forced south once again endure unimaginable hardship: with little to no food or water, and many are injured from previous massacres. On arrival, they find the so-called “safe zones” — which Israel continues to bomb — severely overcrowded and uninhabitable. Palestinian journalist Hind Khoudary recounted speaking with a pregnant woman asking for drinking water, after being unable to find any for more than a week. “There are no food distribution places. There’s no emergency response. There’s nowhere to go to the bathroom.” These catastrophic levels of hunger force Palestinians to further risk their lives by venturing into active combat zones to reach US/Israeli-run GHF “aid” distribution sites, which are deliberately located outside designated safe zones. Even then, access to food or supplies is not guaranteed. To date, more than 2,500 Palestinians have been killed while attempting to obtain aid at these sites. Doctors Without Borders has described these as sites of “orchestrated killing”. Two more sites are currently under construction, both outside of the “safe zones”. Israel’s blockade and forcible population concentration push Gaza’s population into conditions of disease, malnutrition, and extreme overcrowding. This ensures maximum casualties when Israel inevitably targets families packed into makeshift tents with no proper shelter, sanitation, or medical care. 46% of killings have taken place in areas Israel has designated “safe”, since the forced displacement of Gaza City in August. The UN commission has concluded Israel is committing genocide,yet Israel continues its extermination campaign unabated and without consequence. You have an obligation and responsibility to act. I urge you to: - Impose full, comprehensive sanctions on Israel. - Enforce a complete two-way trade embargo, ending all import and export activity. - Immediately end all arms sales and intelligence cooperation. Ensure unimpeded access for aid and humanitarian organisations, and suspend GHF’s deadly “aid” sites. - Unrecognise Israel
