Now I see Trump wants a military parade in his honor this summer. The thought of our military goose stepping down Pennsylvania Avenue is horrifying. Are we a military state? Parades for Memorial Day and Veterans Day are appropriate. Any other time, aside from something like winning a war, are totally inappropriate for a nation not run by a dictator that simply wants to use that for propaganda and a show of force. Further, this is a waste of money and time ..but more importantly this is so inappropriate and disgusting. I hope you and your fellow congressmen oppose this and kill this ridiculous plan. Thank you.
