To: Sen. Blackburn, Rep. Rose, Sen. Hagerty

From: A constituent in Nashville, TN

July 29

The proposed Workforce Mobility Act (HR 1319) would limit the ability of workers to freely negotiate employment terms and conditions, undermining hard-won labor protections. By allowing employers to impose non-compete agreements that restrict job mobility, this bill threatens to depress wages, stifle innovation, and entrench corporate power at the expense of workers' rights and economic opportunity. We must prioritize the interests of working people over those of large corporations seeking to restrict competition unfairly. I urge you to reject HR 1319 and uphold policies that empower rather than constrain America's workforce.
