Demand PROOF OF LIFE for Abrego Garcia.

To: Rep. Ogles, Sen. Hagerty, Sen. Blackburn

From: A constituent in Nashville, TN

April 17

I am a businessman living in the Brentwood area of Nashville. I am frankly appalled and infuriated by your apparent support for the criminal actions of our President and his administration. As supposedly freedom-loving conservatives, how can you stand by and watch this administration abduct Kilmer Abrego Garcia and send him illegally to a prison in El Salvador. You claim to be a supporter of Law and Order and yet this man, whom the Administration acknowledges was deported BY MISTAKE, has been imprisoned with no due process, no legal basis. Is he even alive? Do you know? How will you feel if it turns out that Mr Garcia has been killed as a result of these criminal actions? Secondly, as a conservative, how can you support the unbelievable level of government overreach by this Administration in its retaliation against our colleges and universities? Private entities, even those that receive federal funding, are still protected from Government intervention by our Constitution. This shouldn’t be difficult for you. Shame on you for not standing up for the freedoms that have truly made this country great. As your constituent, I am asking you to do two things: 1. Demand PROOF OF LIFE of Mr. Abrego Garcia and access to him by Senator Van Hollen. 2. Demand that the White House respect Intellectual Freedom in this country. Require that the Executive Branch stand down from these outrageous actions being taken against Harvard, Columbia, Brown and virtually every other educational institution in America. Do your job. Do not give in to this tyranny.
