Vote YES on S. Res. 17, a vote of No Confidence by the senate in RFK Jr at HHS

To: Sen. King, Sen. Collins

From: A verified voter in Lewiston, ME

May 13

RFK Jr has broken promises he made at his confirmation; in the months since then, he has demonstrated his shocking unfitness for his post. His has failed to act when necessary and has made dangerous and ill-advised interventions. His conduct has revealed profound ignorance of science and contempt for human life. Please support the resolution introduced by Senator Alsobrooks: S.Res.217 - A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert Fitzgerald Kennedy Jr. does not have the confidence of the Senate or of the American people to faithfully carry out the duties of his office. You owe it to your constituents and the nation to protect our lives. A conspiracy theorist who does not accept Germ theory and has allowed measles outbreaks to explode within effective counter measures - to name only a few salient problems -- never should have been confirmed as head of HHS. I could list countless other dangerous, damaging and misguided policies, including disseminating vaccine skepticism, false and harmful statements about autism; failure to support flu and Covid vaccine updates and protocols. To be brief: RFK Jr's dangerous ideas cause deaths from preventable diseases. Please vote for S. Res. 217 and use all the tools at your disposal to bring about his removal from office.
