I am a Navy Veteran and professional photographer. Among the horrendous decisions that have been made recently by President Trump and Elon Musk, two particularly made me very angry:
1. Firing thousands of National Park Service employees (which seriously jeopardizes the enforcement of laws in our national parks), and undermines all efforts to protect wildlife and the natural environments they live in, not to mention the negative economic impacts that has on almost every state in the union!
2. Reducing and firing VA employees is even worse. As a veteran, I find it appalling that you have allowed this to happen. The government deploys our young people to wars and hotspots all over the world, but doesn’t want to care for their mental and physical well being when they get home.
These types of reckless decisions (among so many others) are directly attributed to those who voted for and SUPPORTED Trump.
Gov. Reynolds, you are partially responsible for ignoring the people of your state, and for allowing these events to take place.
I’ve lost all respect for you and your office. You are now essentially a burden on the government since you have chosen to take the road of dismantling the process and concepts of our democracy.
Please represent your constituents and stand up for the tyranny that is now rampant with this President!
